Applications of AI in Real Estate Finance and Investment is a six week online course developed by National Tsing Hua University and National Chengchi University in Taiwan. Students begin by mastering the basics of real estate types, value, annuities, and financial concepts. They then move into AI powered approaches for real estate appraisal, yield curve indicators, and mortgage calculations with Excel and CAMA models. The final modules emphasize applying AI for feasibility analysis and long term investment projects. Guided by expert faculty including Professor Tsoyu Calvin Lin, the course balances theory with practical case studies, preparing learners for roles in finance, investment, and real estate technology. Participants who complete the program receive a digital certificate. With a focus on market analysis, appraisal methods, and AI enhanced decision making, this course equips learners to leverage modern tools for data driven investment in real estate markets.
