This executive program shows how to make AI actually work in an organization—safely, ethically, and with measurable business value. Delivered in a Self-Paced Online format over 6 weeks (estimated 6–8 hours per week), the course uses a proprietary MIT ML Deployment Framework to examine impact across the entire AI pipeline. Key takeaways include: creating a practical AI implementation strategy; strengthening robustness and privacy; mitigating bias and overconfidence in algorithmic decision-making; and improving system performance with responsible governance. Learning is interactive through videos, practice quizzes, assignments, presentations, forums, and access to a Success Adviser.
