1. TL;DR

We don’t collect data outside of SupAI. We don’t run third-party ads, sell data, or profile you across the web. We only use privacy-friendly analytics and basic server logs to understand usage and improve our product.

2. What we collect (minimal)

• Analytics events: page views, referrers, device/browser type, approximate region, session length, clicks, and basic engagement. These are aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
• Server logs: IP address and user-agent in short-lived logs for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
• Voluntary info you give us: if you email support or submit a form, we’ll process that message to respond.

3. What we do not collect

• No data collection outside SupAI (no cross-site tracking, pixels from ad networks, or social trackers).
• No sale or rental of personal data. Ever.
• No third-party advertising cookies.

4. Why we collect analytics

To measure what content and features are useful, fix issues quickly, and plan improvements. Metrics are used in aggregate to make SupAI better—nothing else.

5. Cookies & tracking

We aim to minimize cookies. Where possible, we use first-party, analytics-only cookies or cookieless measurements. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may reduce some functionality but the site will largely work.

6. Data use & retention

• Use: analytics (performance, UX), security (detecting abuse), and support (responding to messages).
• Retention: analytics are kept in aggregate; security logs are short-lived unless needed for an investigation; support emails are retained as long as necessary to provide service.

7. Sharing

We don’t sell personal data. We may use trusted processors (e.g., hosting, analytics) strictly to run SupAI. They only process data under our instructions, for our purposes, with appropriate safeguards.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may be in other countries. We apply appropriate safeguards so your data remains protected regardless of location.

9. Your choices & rights

• Opt out of non-essential cookies in your browser.
• Contact us to access, correct, delete, or restrict data we hold about you.
• EU/UK residents: you may have additional rights under GDPR; you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

SupAI isn’t intended for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also appear in-product.
