Welcome to SupAI (“Sup AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Eligibility

SupAI provides AI-powered tools and utilities, AI learning content and curation, job listings and career resources, and productivity assistants such as resume and cover letter generators. Features may require registration or payment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

7. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Some features require payment (subscription or pay-per-use). By purchasing, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for subsequent terms or renewals.

8. User-Submitted Content

You may submit content (e.g., tools, listings, profiles, text) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant SupAI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Content.

9. AI Outputs & Accuracy

AI systems can generate incorrect or biased outputs. You are responsible for independently verifying critical information, ensuring compliance (e.g., privacy, IP, disclosures), and using human oversight where appropriate. We make no warranty that outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content

Some external links on SupAI may be affiliate links. If you click such a link and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission. There is no additional cost to you, and affiliates do not influence our editorial evaluations. We strive to clearly label affiliate or sponsored placements where applicable.

11. External Links

The Services may include links to third-party sites and offerings. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupAI and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupAI, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

16. Regional Disclosures

EU/EEA & UK: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zürich, Switzerland.
